Export a backup
For safety, set up Automatic Excel Backup or export an Excel copy regularly. Keep your own backup copy in a location you can access.
Important: browser storage should not be treated as your only backup.
FollowUp Local stores working data in this browser and will normally retain it when you return on the same device and browser. However, browser or site data may be cleared, reset, corrupted, or become unavailable. Private browsing, switching browsers or devices, browser settings, extensions, updates, or device issues may also affect stored data.
We strongly recommend setting up Automatic Excel Backup or exporting Excel copies regularly.
Please keep your own backup copies. FollowUp Local cannot guarantee recovery of data stored only in the browser.
Automatic Excel Backup
Recommended: choose one Excel file on this computer for an additional backup. When browser permission is available, FollowUp Local will attempt to update this file after your data changes. Browser permissions or device settings may occasionally require you to choose or authorize the file again.
No automatic backup file selected.
Tip: give it a name like PO-FollowUp-Latest.xlsx. You can also use Export Excel anytime to create a separate dated copy. For important records, keep more than one backup copy.
